Texas Proposes Regulation Implementing Warning Label Requirement

The Texas Department of State Health Services has published its proposed rule implementing The “Make Texas Healthy Again” law that was signed in June 2025. The law includes a provision requiring on-pack warning labels for food and beverage products that contain any of 44 listed substances, including certified food colors and titanium dioxide.
